At Sharp Prints, we aim for your complete satisfaction. If there’s an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase—we’ll happily remake it at no charge.
Please note: we do not offer any color correction. Files are printed as submitted, so we recommend reviewing your images carefully before ordering. This includes checking resolution, exposure, cropping, text placement, orientation, spelling, and paper or finish selections. Orders altered after delivery are not eligible for refunds or remakes.
Not Eligible for Remake:
- Orders placed with incorrect files or low-resolution images
- Images with exposure issues (too dark, too light, etc.)
- Any order submitted with visible design or formatting errors
- Items altered after delivery
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, email us at

- Economy Shipping: Wait 20 business days from ship date
- Standard Shipping: Wait 15 business days
Once that time has passed, we’ll assess your case and arrange a reprint if needed.
How to Request a Remake
If there’s a quality issue, reach out to us at help@sharpprints.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photo(s) if applicable
Please do not re-order through the website. We’ll handle it directly.
Specialty Items – Final Sale
All specialty items—including metal prints, canvas prints, greeting cards, invitations, headshot & comp cards, and calendars—are final sale and cannot be returned or remade. Please review your files carefully before ordering, as all sales on these products are considered final.
